Collection and Use of Information
Orchestra collects personal information and non-personal information including aggregate information. Personal information is any such information that identifies an individual, or that is directly associated with a specific individual, and may include name, address, telephone number, email address, or any other information that can be directly linked to that individual. Non-personal Information may be information about you that cannot itself identify you individually.

Orchestra may include pixel tags on the Orchestra Website to better monitor the effectiveness of the Orchestra Website or for any other legitimate purposes.

Rights under California Privacy Laws
If you are a California resident and believe to have conducted business with Orchestra for personal, family, or household use, or otherwise submitted personal information to Orchestra you are entitled to request and obtain information from Orchestra about such personal information that Orchestra may have disclosed, within the previous calendar year, if any, to any third party for that party’s own purposes. Such information to be provided would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the previous calendar year. Protection of Children´s Online Privacy
The Orchestra Website is designed for the general audience. It is not our intent to collect any information, including personal information from persons under age thirteen, or to attract audience under age thirteen. Orchestra does not knowingly collect or will maintain any personal information from persons under age thirteen. To better protect the privacy of children under age thirteen, it is recommended for parents to supervise their children while exploring online contents.
